Beginning his career in 1999 in hospital operations, Mr Dixit gained deep practical insight into every layer of healthcare delivery from clinical coordination and facility planning to organizational systems and financial management. Over the years, he transitioned from managing hospitals to advising them, combining operational realism with strategic foresight.
As the Founder of Dixit Healthcare Solutions, he leads a multidisciplinary consulting practice that helps hospitals navigate growth, efficiency, and compliance from concept design and feasibility to performance improvement and strategic investment. His approach is grounded in data-driven analysis, structured execution frameworks, and a focus on measurable business outcomes.
Mr Dixit has guided multiple hospitals across Gujarat and India in operational turnaround, business restructuring, financial sustainability, and healthcare project development. He is also the driving force behind Hospivue, a hospital performance analytics platform that translates hospital data into actionable insights for owners and leadership teams.
He also contributes to shaping future healthcare professionals through his roles as Visiting Faculty and Expert Speaker at Gujarat Technological University (GTU), Ahmedabad, and Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University (HNGU), Patan delivering structured sessions on healthcare management, hospital operations, quality systems, and leadership.

Each experience reinforced one truth: hospitals don't fail for lack of intent they falter without direction, systems, and strategy. Our mission at Dixit Healthcare Solutions is to bridge that gap to guide promoters, boards, and leadership teams from vision to execution. We do not replace hospital management we empower it.
